Development Associate for Compliance and Impact

Community First Fund seeks Development Associate for Compliance and Impact.  The primary responsibilities are to ensure compliance with all funding requirements (both public and private), and to maintain thorough impact data for use in internal and external reports.  In addition the position will support Executive Management, Development Department, Finance and Lending staff with selected duties assigned.  The position reports to the head of the Development Department.  Three to five years of business experience and a college degree is preferred.
