Jennifer Foster

Señorita Burrita, Lancaster

$46,500 loan

SEÑORITA BURRITA KNOWS HOW TO DISH OUT A HEAPING AMOUNT OF DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY FOOD.

With signature burritos like the Bentley Burrito and the Pop Deluxe, customers keep coming back for their favorites, or to try one of the many original options that appeal not only to meat-lovers but also those with gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian palates.

Jennifer Foster owns and operates Señorita Burrita, a popular dining spot in downtown Lancaster.  After five years as a successful restauranteur, Jennifer decided to expand into Central Market, the oldest continuously-operating market in the country.  “It’s wonderful to see so many entrepreneurs under one roof; there’s such a sense of camaraderie among us.  The overall morale improves when all the individual businesses are doing well,” says Jennifer.  Working at least 55 hours per week between the two locations, Jennifer anticipates continued growth of her clientele and total sales.
